General Return and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy

Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

Requesting Refunds or Exchanges: 

Please be ready to provide:

1. Original order number 

2. Reason for exchange 

3. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item 

4. Requested replacement item’s name, number and color 

5. Your shipping address and phone number 

We offer 7days refund for most of the items and 30days for replacement for most of the items. 

For all returns, please Login to My Orders and submit a return request form to Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. And Refund, please within 7 days. 


Within 30 days of receiving your order for all items with quality issues.

If we shipped you the wrong item: You have the option of 

1) Exchanging it for the correct item,or 

2) Returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. 

If we shipped you an item in the wrong color: You are eligible for a full refund. (Perceived color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.).

If we shipped you a defective item: You are eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the item category.

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved. will responsible for the shipping cost that returns for those with quality problem and our Error(wrong item/color/size).

For those return without the quality problem, Customer should take the shipping cost for the item return.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment 

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

Once the item has been shipped,it couldn't be cancelled.But just available for the return.

You  can chose two options:

1.Reject the package when it arrived 

2.Return with the RMA Number.The shipping cost should be responsible by the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds:

-Gift Cards 

-Final Sale items 

-Case Packs/Bulk Items: We will not accept partial case packs. You must return the product in the original shipping pack, with all Individual items unopened.

-Other select items, as noted on the product description page

How to exchange the item

For exchanges, there will be shipment charge. To return or exchange please contact us firstly, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions regarding how you return or exchange your item(s).

Any products that are not defective, incorrect or damaged during shipment, that are returned to with an approved RMA#, for whatever reason, where the initial shipping was paid for by will have the shipping charges deducted from the total return amount. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without RMA # and no replacements will be shipped without prior authorization of return. Any product send to without RMA will be refused and shipped back the customer at their expense. Returns without RMA# will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. 

1. Contact US to request for RMA# within 7 days of purchase.

2. RMA# is only valid for 14 days. We need to receive your return package within 14 days after RMA# is issued.

3. Clearly post RMA# on the outside of the shipment packaging.

4. The return items must be in "brand new" condition. Be careful of the packaging since most of our products are fragile. We will refuse all the damaged packages and no refund will be issued. Be sure to include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.

5. For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.

We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

How to Return Faulty Goods

Before returning goods, please Contact US first to discuss the issues you are having. Most of the times we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty. Please contact us, and we will offer you a RMA (e.g. RMA20110621A) and our return address, along with additional important instructions.

Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.

Note: If you purchased some products in our company, and did not receive the goods within 45 days(Start calculating from buy time ) Please contact our customer staff within two months (Start calculating from buy time),otherwise we might not accept this Case.
